Selection of the raw materials

  ● Steel Bearings:Characteristics: Steel bearings are the most common and widely used type of bearings. They are usually made of carbon steel or alloy steel and have good strength, hardness and wear resistance.

  ● Stainless Steel Bearings:Characteristics: Stainless steel bearings are made of stainless steel and are corrosion-resistant and suitable for use in humid, acidic or alkaline environments. They are commonly used in food processing, medical devices and marine applications.

  ● Ceramic Bearings:Characteristics: Ceramic bearings are made of ceramic materials (such as alumina or silicon nitride). Strict testing standards

  ● Size measurement:Measure the dimensions of the bearings, including the diameters of the inner ring, outer ring, and rolling elements to ensure the bearings meet the design specifications

  ● Hardness test:Test the hardness of the parts of the bearings to verify the quality and hardness of the materials.

  ● Roundness inspection:Measure the roundness of the bearing parts to ensure that the roundness of the bearing rings meets the requirements.

  ● Engineering design:The manufacturer will engineer the design to your needs and specifications, including CAD drawings and 3D models.
