Torque Transfer Mechanism

Direct Transmission: In simple drive shaft systems, torque can be transmitted directly through a solid shaft. This design is suitable for smaller power requirements and simple drive trains.

Transmission through gears: In complex transmission systems, torque transmission from the drive shaft can be achieved through a gear mechanism. Gears are designed and matched to transmit torque from the drive shaft to the output shaft and achieve different speed ratios.

CV Joint Transmission: Some drive shafts use CV joints to transmit torque. The CV joint achieves torque transmission and rotational motion through internal balls or rollers while maintaining a constant speed ratio.
