Common Causes and Solutions of Agricultural Clutch Failure

Clutch spring failure: The film spring or pressure plate spring may be loose, broken or deformed, resulting in clutch failure.

Solution: Check and replace the failed clutch spring to ensure proper elasticity and tight connection.

Hydraulic clutch problem: If the agricultural clutch adopts a hydraulic clutch, there may be problems such as hydraulic system failure, leakage or unstable pressure.

Solution: Check the hydraulic clutch system and repair any faults to ensure that the hydraulic system is functioning properly and maintaining proper fluid pressure.

Incorrect operation or improper use: Incorrect operation, excessive load or improper use of the clutch may lead to failure.

Solution: Train operators to use the clutch properly, follow operating guidelines and load limits, and ensure the clutch operates under proper working conditions.

Failure of other components: Failure of other components of the clutch system, such as flywheels and release mechanisms, may also cause the clutch to fail.

Solution: Check and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning clutch components.
