Friction plate wear: Severe wear of the clutch friction plate will cause excessive heat generated by friction and overheat the clutch.
Solution: Regularly check the wear degree of the clutch friction plate, and replace the severely worn friction plate in time to ensure good contact and friction between the friction plate and the flywheel.
Insufficient pressure plate spring force: Insufficient clutch pressure plate spring force will cause the clutch to slip, and friction will generate excessive heat.
Solution: Check and replace the damaged pressure plate spring to ensure that the pressure plate has enough elasticity and pressure to maintain the tight contact between the pressure plate and the flywheel.
Oil problem: Clutch oil quality is poor or polluted, excessive lubrication and other conditions will cause the clutch to overheat.
Solution: Change the clutch fluid regularly, make sure you use a good quality lubricant, and follow the manufacturer's recommendations for lubrication.
Misoperation or too long continuous working time: Excessive load, high-speed driving or long continuous working time may cause the clutch to overheat.
Solution: Operate the clutch correctly, follow the recommendations for load limits and working hours, and avoid excessive loads and continuous working hours.
Faulty fan or cooling system: If the cooling system of the clutch, including the fan and radiator, is faulty or blocked, it will cause the clutch to overheat.
Solution: Check and clean the cooling system of the clutch, make sure the fan and radiator are working properly, and maintain sufficient cooling effect.
Failure of other components: Failure of other components of the clutch system, such as flywheels and release mechanisms, may also cause the clutch to overheat.
Solution: Check and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning clutch components.
It should be noted that overheating of the clutch may cause damage or performance degradation, and measures should be taken in time to solve the problem.
